Comment

Urticaria (hives): Skin reaction that occurs in response to cold, food allergies, meds, environmental exposures, stings, infections or other stimuli. Presents as acute, focal, red, very itchy, raised plaques of variable size. Can be local or associated with systemic symptoms.
